This is so weird, I have returned to Cata since Dragon Soul release and only twice I’ve encountered votekick (of DPS because it was too low)

you are unlucky, the last ninja i saw was more than 3 weeks ago, what i do see almost daily is: one or two players deliberately delaying their roll (i guess some ppl have a little bit of shame 
)
If I feel someone is planning on ninja looting, I usually open my loot window and watch is possibly happen. If it does, I delay the roll as long as possible and call him out while waiting. 99% of cases no response, but atleast I made him wait for his ninjaloot. If he decides to waste others time, then I can waste his in the best way I can.
