Too much visual clutter?

or is it just me?

quaking circles
pink and blue arcane circles, swirls, orbs
Kyrian circle
thundering swirls

OMG, sometimes really hard to distinguish what is going on.

Would rather too much than it be boring. Try turning stuff down in options?

Oh,i do keep settings at lower side of spectrum, just sometimes many off those things overlap.

Check spell effects, I’m playing on essential and it’s mostly acceptable

You are 100% correct imo they went completely overboard.

Of course this purely for MDI crowd as usual they balance things around the 1%

Sadly the wod dungeon is actually the best designed dungeon atm. You can see everything and got time to react properly.

In comparison first boss ruby… Blue thundering in blue water on blue ice

You can reduce the particle density in the graphic settings but be careful, if you set it too low you’ll have a hard time seeing things like quaking.

It’s a bit too much
you get Nokhud offensive theatre of pain style packs before third boss
With all the crap going on, you need to manage thundering, quacking, all the various flashy aoes they do, stacked spectral birds that do frontal aoe knockbacks, bolts and volleys and to make it even more interesting they shatter soul and you need to go look for it in the middle of the clutter

What a cocktail

i’m suprised that part actually went live compared to how the dungeon is at the first and second boss. it goes from a 5 to 9000 once you reach the third boss area.

Watch the tank pull the first pack, watch the 3 birds patrol aggro the healer, watch everyone die, rinse and repeat.

Those packs are way easier with AOE stuns to be fair.

As a Melee class I feel your pain

This week is pretty terrifying, Azure Vaults is, graphically, one of the hardest this week

Next week should be easier on our eyes

Wow just has absolutely terrible visual clearity overall. Most of the time it is almost impossible to figure out what is going on without something like DBM telling you.

I’ve heard many wow players complain that ff14 is too visually cluttered but honestly that game manages much better to make the important stuff easy to read and recognize while also having plenty of flashy visuals.

In wow you cant tell if a floor swirly will be a dot, knockback, stun, just a tickle or insta death or if its a mechanic that needs spreading apart or stacking just by looking at it.

Cope harder dawg, they don’t balance the game around an event that’s taken place once a year.

That’s not coping, what you are doing is coping.
Thinking they don’t balance it around events that last 1 week, while they actually do…

Coping is telling yourself everything is okey while it’s not.

Learn what words mean before you use them.
Better luck next time.

Not sure why i’m trying to discuss video game balancing with a guy who’s calling himself “muslimdwarf” on a level 10 character from classic.

If you actually think they balance the game through a one a year events, you’re on some odd drugs my man, the good happy juice.

You said this already.

Keep telling yourself they don’t balance the game around 1%
That’s the real drugs, the copium, the happy juice.

I don’t see what is “happy” about thinking they balance around the 1%. It’s dreadfull.

I agree on wat post maker says To much clutter.
It hard espelly as melee aswel cuze wat is a good clutter and wat is bad.
And so many off it aswel.
I like wat u typed its sadly true

There is a lot going on and things are hard to see really.

I especially love the new carpets that cover up ground aoe as well… No idea how that made it through
