as the tittle sais the tooltip information goes out of screen when i hoover over my cursor at my gear and i cant see half of the information. when i use /reloadui it fixes the problem but only for a little while. i thought it was elvui issue at first but i disabled it used other addons and the problem reappeared so it must be a client thing.

Bugs are reported in-game via the bug reporting tool, not on the forums.
However, its generally advised to disable/remove(disabling doesn’t always disable the addon) addons to ensure it IS a bug, and not an addon related issue.

As a /reload fixes this temporarily, an addon issue comes to mind right away. As Trovlak mentioned, please retest this after going through the steps to clear your UI (addons) completely.
