Tooltip / mouse over blank

Since getting the new Dragonflight and converting from Bartender to the new default U.I. …when I mouse over my action bars or in world things like portals…the tooltip box is blank/black. So i have no idea where portals go, nor what spells or consumables are on my bars. I can see my backpack tooltips.

Yes… i uninstalled all my addons and associated software. And reset my U.I.

I submitted a ticket days ago, but alas i appear to be not worthy of attention.

I fixed this…guess it was a bug. Go into edit mode on the U.I. and click on the ToolTip window…and selected Return to Default. (Even though I hadn’t changed it’s settings)… now tooltips show.
