which is a violation against the Terms of Service und your bann is justified? Or am I missing something?
They cant make an exception in the rules just because you are in a special situation.
make a new account, boost a char to 60 which costs like 100 euro, farm honor gear for 1 or 2 days and you are at the same level as last season in terms of being viable to play arena. If playing wow and streaming on twitch is your job then this should not be a problem?

This situation has not happened yet for it to depend on a rule of expectations especially if evidence is there that it has happened with gold, and as far as it gets I know that communitys selling boosts are forbidden as of lately, however being part of it, unsure. Mainly because I believe they cannot really track it if you are a part of it or not unless done something harmful ingame.
Also spending 100 euros in circumstances like these is not really what anyone would be looking at.
This situation is weird because RMT players have been unbanned so it means it is just a part of preference who gets unbanned, and apparently blatant rmt players are prefered
Then why is the ‘‘L-P Republic’’ recognized by Blizzard?
“As of today, we will now prohibit organizations who offer boosting, matchmaking, escrow, or other non-traditional services, including those offered for gold. World of Warcraft accounts found to be in violation of this policy are subject to account actions. 31.01.2022”
nobody but himself and blizzard knows what he was really doing but he admitted that he was part of a boosting community.
nah it doesnt matter. I can understand why he is doing it, i would do the same but if blizzard doesnt take action against everyone who claims to be in a special situation/war etc. then they would have 10x the work every bann wave.
