Issue: Logged on today, as season 4 dropped, only to find that the dreamsurge vendor i was relying on to gear one of my alts was not responding. i can interact with the tauren NPC to begin the quest for the weekly gearpiece, but cannot interact with the other NPC who should be selling the lower Ilevel gearpieces for the dreamsurge dust currency.
please advise.
