Torch of Pyrreth not received after “Artifact Secured” quest

Hello,

I completed the quest “Artifact Secured” on EU server, but the item “Torch of Pyrreth” was not added to my inventory or Toy Box.
I have checked carefully — the quest status shows as completed, but the toy never appeared.
In‑game bug report option does not work / is unavailable.

Get it with the Guest Relations quest line from the anniversary. The Dragonflight Secrets quests are indeed bugged, I was able to get the Torch and the Idol Of Ohn’ahra from the anniversary quests.

Thank you for your message. When will I get the Torch of Pyrreth? I’ve spent a lot of time playing, and it feels like I spent it for nothing.
