According to Wowhead there are Six companions for each Covenant & four companions available to all Covenants.
The four that are available to all Covenants are:
Croman
Meatball
Eli the Brazen
Anjali.
I have Croman & Meatball, but have yet to see the other two.
Has anyone seen them or been able to recruit them?

there are 17 companion total for a player, you have to chose between two in kyrian, between I think Pelagos and another one. Also Kythekios is listed twice.
So if you count, it makes 17 companions for each covenants. Ans Croman and Meatball are the two only for everyone.
I’ve done a fair amount of Torghast and I don’t have the other 2.

Anjali and Eli were placeholder beta companions, they never made it to live.
It is too bad there is no ingame checkist for the companions
Nope, never seen or heard about them…
So it seems their names & abilities have been datamined, but they were not added.
