By grouping up with someone who’s got Layer 8 unlocked can simply queue for Layer 8 and you get all the rewards from 1 - 8.
Edit: Appears that the same feature which makes Twisting Corridors account wide has unlocked every wing for my account.
No you can’t, you have to start at layer 1 there no way to bypass it.

That’s just untrue.
I have had to go through 1-8 on both of my alts. I was not able to queue with a friend who has 8 unlocked.
Twisting Corridors is account wide. There is no reason to do it on alts really if you have already cleared to 8 on a character though. You’ve already earnt all the rewards.

False it doesn’t work for any wing in torghast.
If you somehow can do it do it with a fresh account live on twitch which doesn’t have said layer unlocked and send the vid

Just did it on my fresh hunter with Skoldus Hall 
This is weird tho as I remember skipping layer 1 by joining up with a friend who queued for layer 2 first week of Torghast.
Like I said, show us a vod where you live streamed you doing it right away.
A yt video is fine as well if you can keep to certain standards.
1)you have to visibly show us that you can only access layer 1 while solo
2)clock most be set to display server time in game.
3) in game sounds most be on.
4. No music or loud talking over in-game sounds
There that are my requirements for you to show us that it does work for you. As long as there is no video it is false info and lies

I see that you changed the topic name from torghast promotes boosting to torghast bug.
This is thus a post to let people know original title and why people are asking op for proof of his claim so hard.
Then still it is always good to have vid evidence for a big report too to show exactly what you mean and help tech team narrow it down.

If this truly does work for you, & you have not reported it as a bug & stopped doing it, you can be banned for exploitation.
Are you sure? Your hunter is only level 56, unless you have another one I can’t find?
Your DK has done only Layer 1 of Skoldus, so you can’t have meant him, or surely he’d have done higher ones, since he’s done 3-5 on most of the others.
