I cant enter the current unlocked level of torghast on any char. New or veteran.
Apparently you are not able to make tickets to get help, feels like im not important enough as customer anymore

The skip to Torghast just sends you on the next part of the quest chain, which is a scenario that happens to take place in Torghast. It doesn’t literally mean, “skip everything and just let me do Torghast.” After you elected to skip the intro quests, you should have been given the next quest in the chain.

Into Torghast is offered by Bolvar Fordragon in Oribos after players complete their first chapter of their covenant campaign.

Wierd thing is one of the chars i KNWO have done many torghast runs and are exalted and beyond with my covenant are also blocked
