So sometimes they dont announce maintenance, no time to finish run. If you are doing layer 5 and last boss. You have to do all again, because you teleported out. What about to continue and dont get teleport out? If you can fix it? It is pretty long run!
If you’re talking about the maintenance that just happened, it’s always been at that time.
That doesn’t means that Blizzard announce sufficiently in game - because they do not. A 15 minute warning is too little, they should start warning 60 minutes before, with a 10 minutes interval ending at 20 minutes before, then keep counting down with the current interval.
It’s literally the same time, every week - same day.
It’s even on the launcher.

So just because it is a weekly tradition it is perfectly arranged?
No help as long as they add it on the launcher one hour before maintenance. No one it bothering to exit game/toggle out just to check the launcher for news.

It’s been like that since at least legion(Maybe further back, I don’t remember that far back)
Weekly reset at 2am/3am Wednesday(Depending on time zone)
Unless it’s irregular maintenance, sure… but what’s exactly the point when everyone(apart from you?) knows when the weekly maintenance is happening? xD.

it happens every week at the same time. i dont really see a need for a fix as nothing is broken. just dont start content you know you wont finish in time.
