Just got to floor 17 layer 8 and my gear got red comeon. blizz we got 5 lifes but repair to?
The brokers repair your gear for you.
Every 3d floor got broker that can repair your gear (for a price) in your particular situation I would ask guildy to put Auto-Hammer in guild tab and then I use mobile banking (alternatively you can use a mail toy but not everyone have it).
An auto repair addon is a godsend, which will repair your gear everytime you hit up a vendor.

Mate, I don’t belive you are on 17th floor of layer 8 as you don’t know AUTO repair 
Even if you don’t have addon, the ANVIL icon, when you mouse-over NPC says you can repair there. What a stupid complain
