Torghast Score not showing at end of run

Ok so I’ve ran a couple of Torghast runs over the last couple of days and at the end of each run I don’t get to see the score, I have no idea what’s happening, only thing is I’m running with a friend who also doesn’t see the score so are we doing something wrong?

Hey there Lightear,

If you are referring to the final gem score, that should appear after you defeat the boss encounter in the final floor. If that does not happen please try to reset your interface.

Thank you for the response, I will do this as the very last resort as I have addons that are fully updated and awkward to set up the way I like again :frowning: I’ll deactivate some and see if they make a difference

This happened to me too about an hour ago, I was so confused I didn’t even take a screenshot. I did get my Soul Ash and Soul Cinders but no gem score; perhaps just a minor UI bug?

So I managed to sort it out, it was Leatrix Plus, I’d got Level up banners disabled and that was stopping the Torghast score from showing also just in case anyone else has this issue and doesn’t know what it is :slight_smile:

I was trying to say this a couple of days ago but it wouldn’t let me reply to myself, any ways if you have Leatrix addon on and level up banners disabled enabling them will let you see the scores, but with the current FPS drops all across the board I see my frames drop from 230fps to like 58fps-64fps just for the split second when the score pops at the end so I wouldn’t worry about the scores right now haha

Glad to hear your situation was figured out Lightear, I haven’t got that Add On so I’m still head scratching about this one! xD

Do you have any other addons that might of removed the level up banners?

How did you switch it off? Is there a way as I am not interested in seeing it at all.

The dialog with the score appeared for me, just that the gems didn’t fill up - I did another run last night and it worked normally so I suspect it was just a UI glitch :slight_smile:

Leatrix plus has an option that allows you to disable Boss and level up banners, with level up banners disabled, the score no longer shows but nothing changes with boss banners disabled in Torghast as far as I’ve seen but I gave up bothering with WoW for the time being. With the current stuttering and FPS drops, until they’re confirmed fixed by blue post i’m not gonna dedicate any time to it
