Torghast, Tower of the Damned Campaign Bugged

Hi,
I’m going through the Revendreth Campaign. I’ve just rescued Prince Renathal out of a cage and he gives me a quest to enter Torghast and rescue some of his friends. When I go through the portal into Torghast, there’s supposed to be, Prince Renathal, Vorpalia ( the floasting sword ) and myself.

But when I load into Torghast, there is 2 x Prince Renathal’s and just myself, the sword doesn’t appear, my buffs say that the sword is near but it isn’t physically in the room with me. I cannot get out of that first part because the sword usually goes through the bars and flicks a switch.

I’ve abandoned the quest 2 times now and ran back to Prince Renathal in the cage and accepted the quest again but it’s is still appearing with 2 x Prince Renathal’s and no Vorpalia (sword)!
Any ideas?
