With the season ending shortly and it being confirmed (for a while already) that faction changing will make you ineligible for the title until you have received it, I was wondering wether normal realm transfers are safe to do.
Currently being safe for the cutoff (according to raider.io that is) and looking to transfer realms, some confirmation that it is safe to do so without screwing myself over would be greatly appreciated! 
Pretty sure the post by Blizzard states to wait with transfer to avoid screwing yourself over until after it has been awarded to you.
Since realm doesn’t affect the cutoff, I’d assume it’s safe. Faction affects it since it’s faction based, so it’s restricted to avoid people changing faction to get an easy title. So unless you’re also changing faction you should be fine, I think.
But it’s Blizzard so you never know…
Just do not move until titles are sorted its not worth the hassle.
