After talking to GMs via tickets several times, i was told that customer support is unable to deal with such issues and i should report the bug over here.
I am writing you to express my big surprise on the fact that i did not receive the “Tempered Hero” title on my Death Knight named “Dienomight-Twisting Nether” for season one, while at the same time many close friends and people i know, have received the title by having finished the season with lower score than me. I can give you 2 such examples. Firstly its “Sindrelfa-Argent Dawn (EU)” who finished the season with 3413 score. Secondly its “Djbestcandy-Silvermoon (EU)” who finished the season with 3397 score. I finished the season with 3448 score. What is going on? You can imagine that the bare minimum I expect, is to have my achievement and title given, so all the hard work I’ve done for over 3 months everyday, wasn’t in vein.
Sadly the eu forums does not have a bug report section, only available in game. There’s no chance u’ll get any help with that issue from reporting it here. I would push the tickets more. According to this post the cutoff was 3483, but idk how the others u listed then got their titles M+ Tempered Hero Title -- Updated 26 February
Wonder if they maybe pushed score in post season? Edit: yeah i think thats the case, they did higher keys in the week with post season when scaling was whack and blizz counted that for the cutoffs for some reason.
I do not know what is the case and its something that this company has to give an answer to me. They either HAVE TO give the title to me or if other people got it because of a bug, remove it from them. Simple as that. Else they will just lose another customer out of the many disappointed people.
I have never done anything “illegal” while running any dungeon during the whole season. And even if that was the reason, they would have told me so on my tickets i guess! I have talked with more than 4 different people on the same ticket about this issue and the final answer was that i have to submit a bug report…
The issue is you didnt reach the cutoff and those with lower rio had higher ingame score cause they pushed in post season week and you didnt. You cant see their score on rio cause that stopped counting before post season week while the score in game was still counting that week. Just look at their profiles in rio and look at the dungeons they did in post season. Thats why they have title and you do not.
Edit: it does suck that blizz made the post season week count but i doubt they will do anything about it.
Post season shouldnt count. There was official announcement about when the season ends and that was before post season like EVERY single season. If thats why MANY people got title which were below me on score, Blizzard should remove all of those titles asap
Seems that the people that received the title, got it in the post season week. For some reason they let people continue getting score that season.
But from what I can see, regardless of if those people got the title or not, your dk was below the cutoff for the season, so even if they remove those players, I do not think it would be added to you.
For context, season cutoff seems to be 3484.38 (4th march 2025), or even if you count season 1 end, it would be 3479.7 (25 feb 2025). Your score at the end of season 1, was 3447.7, well below the cutoff.
Then as i already stated ,if that is the case, they should remove the title from ALL the people who got it in post season, otherwise it is HUGELY unfair for all of us who had hundreds more of score than them during the official period and never got the title. This is not a community title or something you could achieve so easily. Blizzard had an official deadline for the season and that was before post season started, like always.
