hello im stuck at wow quest Tormenting the Softknuckles i cant get it from npc i did finish quest before it

When you have a problem with a quest, the COMMENTS on Wowhead should always be your first resource.

I see this comment:

I couldn’t find this quest at first, so I had to speak to Elder Harkek around the bonfire near High Shaman Rakjak to get Goregek’s Shackles, who then offered the quest when summoned.

i didnt get quest from npc so i didnt get Softknuckle Poker i try reserching on wowhead but no one post about mine problem

  1. is this the character you are doing the quest on? If not, which character/realm so we can trace your quest progress

  2. Do you havethe Shackles in your inventory? If so, what happens when you use them? If not, what does Elder Harkek say?
