Tormentors of Torghast - Tremaculum

When the Tormentors of Torghast scenario is up in the Tremaculum somehow it was decided that it was a good idea to spawn the mobs that you need to kill for the boss to spawn outside the walls, FAR outside the walls. And also have a hidden %-counter compared to the other places.

So today I had a group of people that went outside to hunt the mobs down to spawn the boss and when we spawned it the people that camped inside the walls killed the boss before we came back to tag it.

Who thought of that design… Make the big mobs that give 25% or whatever it is to the spawn counter spawn inside the walls of the Tremaculum so that the boss is close at hand to tag and kill. Otherwise that Tormentor-scenario rewards camping while other do the hard work for you and those who put in the work are without the reward.

Awful design, fix it!
