Tortollan gurds are still usless

So i know blizzard tried to stop ganking squads in fly points by making guards really strong. they are still unless as they are really slow. and any tank can solo them they stop nothing

They clearly need more gym time and training. Or we just need it to trigger an army of Tortollan guards when they attack

20 of them or they need to 1 shoot unlimited range
