Why does Totemic recall not work on Healing tide totem when it has a 2.2 minute cooldown with talents and 2.9 minutes without.
That’s less than 3 minutes, so is it bugged or am i missing something?
Its a bugfest out there man… Many things dont work…
Because (unfortunately) it only resets totems with a BASELINE cooldown shorter than 3 minutes. Healing tide has a base cooldown of 3 minutes so it doesn’t work on it.

They should make that more clearly then, or rephrase it.

Because it would be super OP to have double raid cooldowns.
Hence the 3 min limitation.
