Tour the Trading Post Completion Reward Missing

I turned in the quest “Tour the Trading Post” and it didn’t give me the reward! Also, I filled the Traveler’s Log 1000/1000 and whenever I try to open the chest, it just opens and closes. I can’t collect the mount, or the coins. My account is sat at 0 coins and 0 mounts :frowning:

EDIT: This is happening on all my characters.

Try staying logged out of the game for 15 minutes, then come back. If that doesn’t work, enter any instanced content and try again…

I’ve done this a million times sadly still no fix :frowning: !

Having the exact same issue.

  • I tried entering a dungeon
  • logged out for over 30mins
  • restarted bNet
  • disabled all addons
  • logged on other characters

I am unable to loot my mount or any traders tender.
The chest opens but there’s no loot or window
The interface also keeps resetting to 0/1000 if I’m logged out for a long time, and then I have to relog on a bunch of alts to make it go back to 1000/1000

Done all of the steps mentioned by Aydra above and still nothing.

This getting more than just a little bit silly now and the silence from Blizz is rather deafening though not entirely unexpected, after all this isn’t the US forums …

Please can a GM or something respond? My tickets are 4 days wait times, I got a ticket response from a GM saying the problem is now resolved, but it isn’t on my end. I still don’t even have the currancy on my characters, and STILL can’t loot the mount - the chest just opens and closes. Very frustrating.

I thought there was a hotfix for this, since the servers shut down, but nope.
Still unable to loot the mount or any of the coins because the chest is broken. I can open it, but there’s no loot.
