Logged in and got quest Remnants of Hope and Skoldus hall was available now -was not earlier today.
Every time I go in, by the second pull I get kicked.

There are ongoing instance issues right now, there are investigations underway, but we don’t have any further updates just yet.

I have been experiencing this as well. Will have to wait till later to try for the memory I need then 
same problem also my frost mage doesn’t do any damage
This error seems to happen on all Torghast halls/layers
Same error, is this only affecting some accounts or is it everybody?
