Toxic Dracthyr player

Dear Blizzard,

Could you do something about these toxic Dracthyr players that fly you in the big hammer in the forge of Dornagal while you are crafting at the table, please?

There are plenty of potential solutions:

  1. Only allow Dracthyr to fly (or whatever their power is) ally in the same group.
  2. Make sure that they are killed with prejudice by the guards.
  3. Prevent them to fly people from other factions unless they are in the same group (for dungeons).
  4. Change the damages of the forge so it takes multiple hit to die.
  5. Put the forging anvil and table further from the big hammer (further than the reach of the Dracthyr power).
  6. Make it so that this power make them enter combat.
  7. Ban the use of that power in sanctuaries.
  8. Ban the players that are reported for that for a month (and make them pay armor fees).

And so on and so forth. It is really annoying when you are trying to craft, to be chain killed by a lvl 60 Dracthyr, and you can’t do nothing because they don’t even enter combat.

That’s just sheer toxicity.

Doesn’t this already apply? Can Dracthyr actually move people who are not in their group?!?!

The current trick I see is people asking for help in dorn. Partying up with you and then try to lure you near the machine.
Every now and then you see a question pop in trade or a pile of corpses under the hammer so you know what time it is.

Apparently you can with some PvP talent and with Warmode on. Well, enjoy your Warmode - just once again showcasing that Open World PvP is toxic and mostly used to troll.

It’s still an exploit since you shouldn’t be able to pvp in sanctuaries. Although obviously I wish Blizzard would just fix the bug.

Sounds like a bug, but disable warmode when crafting near forge and should be fine.

I remember a topic about this exact same thing during DF, in Valdrakken. I think it was Rescue, while grouped…? That’d be Evoker only if it’s that.

Squadron only works with other dracthyr in group, and you get a parachute if someone drops you so I don’t think it’s that.

It shouldn’t be possible, it’s really bad, and players shouldn’t do it.

But there is a tiny fragment of the void in me that’s whispering: “that’s even better than a mage portal to old Dalaran crater…….”

Here’s an idea, don’t be in a group with trolls… you can’t be picked up if you’re not grouped with them.

If we’re going to be banning people who do this for a month then those who exploit bugs need to be given far longer bans.

Aye, much less those that do significant actual damage to the game with their behavior… So basically an instant permaban for any and every obvious exploit such as remix frogs and Severed Threads rep, or 6 months to 1 year for repeatedly leaving M+ groups leaving others to pick up the pieces, etc… And 6 months later subscriber numbers wil be under 1 million becasue all the cheeseheads and those fanboiz that constantly imitate them will be banned across all WoW modes. :rofl:
