Toxic Flask/Rotting from Within breaking Invisibility Potion

I pop a movement speed ability, pop my invis, try to walk past trash together with the group in my M+ runs and then sometimes I get the DoT from the toxic flask and my invis gets broken.

Is this because I’m using a movement speed ability beforehand to move faster during invis, or is this just some unlucky RNG that happens to everyone?
