Toy and item visibility for other players

So i recently got myself a Sp-eye-glass, and was wondering:
Do other players see me use it?
I seem to remember there are npcs that have spyglasses/other props.

Similarly, there are a couple other things i’m not sure the visibility restrictions of:

  • other spyglasses, such as Cursed Spyglass, and Ornate Spyglass
  • drinking a potion
  • Lost Compass, Heart of a Champion, etc (pose and prop toys)
  • placing/throwing an Elune Stone (created with Elune’s Lantern toy)

Are these actions visible to everyone, do i need to be in a group, or is it restricted to just me?
