Hey guys, I am new to beast mastery hunter and I would like to ask about this:
Rotation and everything about BM is easy to understand but…
I have hard time to focus on actual game since my eyes are almost all the time on WA to track frenzy stacks, beast cleave, focus…
Will that go away after some time with more experience or do I have to just deal with it?
What is your experience with tracking buffs and focusing on important dungeon mechanics and kicks?
About once every 4 months.
Honestly I stopped tracking frenzy. I just could not be bothered anymore, so I fire my barbed shots when I can.
As for beast cleave I try to pay attention to my tracker, but the more I play the more I get a feel for when to use multishot.
I am rather new to hunter, so I am sure I could do better, but having to focus on keeping three frenzy stacks up, was just too annoying.
Focus rarely ever run out.
If it’s simply a matter of having a visual clue without looking at your tiny buff icons then WeakAuras should have a premade aura for Frenzy stacks. If there’s not one in the premade section then something like this might do you ht.tps://wago.io/xm_8DACuB
If you’ve never used it before just download WeakAuras from Curseforge or the likes and then copy the above import string into the WeakAura interface once in the game.
BM is a platespinning spec. Thats all there is and has ever been to it in modern wow.
There’s no oomph. Theres no nothing. Its just keep your buffs rolling, and see some dps increase on the meter when you pop cooldowns. But without actually feeling the impact.
Honestly pressing any ability feels like nothing. There are no “highs” in the gameplay. You’re either contempt that your buffs are rolling, or sad that you dropped one.
Just using Frenzy WA over half of my screen, and other half is used for beast cleave WA, in this way I can keep 3 frenzy stacks all the time and proper keep my BC
