Trader´s Tenders cant be picked up from chest

any1 that can explain me why we get a Currency “reward” for doing content
when you cant loot the damn thing after …
I got the monthly Transmog swords/daggers or what that was.
but i cant pick up my tenders.
and when i talk to the merchant my balance says that i have unclaimed Trader´s tenders… “no sh** sherlock” i´ll actually allways have that when you arent allowed to loot them

I’ve picked up around 700 before filling up the activity bar completely this month and have later been unable to get the remaining 300.
