The Grotto Netherwing Drake Teal Scales customization option that was originally obtained in 2023 of the july trading post. Was relocked after the completion of the dragon isles, Wraithion/ Vyranoth Dragon keeping quest which rewards the Grotto Netherwind Drake.
It has been over two years, a dozen tickets and multiple bug reports and this limited time customization option is still unavailable for me to use.

Sorry to hear that you’ve had an issue with this customization option for some time.
Because our logs are limited in time, it’s very unlikely that we would be able to investigate (or even help) with an issue that happened over two years ago.
Trading Post items do come back every now and then, and the developers did add a section for these in the Trading Post UI a while back to make them easier to spot. If the Teal Scales haven’t come back yet, you can always provide that feedback to the developers, and hopefully they’ll be back at some point. 
I made a ticket about this issue two years ago, one year ago, eight months ago and even sooner. Could this not be used as evidence of the long term issue I had with this specific item? Furthermore this was the monthly reward from july 2023 not a generic trading post item I can simply wait for it to return when it comes back in rotation.
Granted they at one point I want to say at the start of 2024? Did a special trading post vendor for a seemingly random selection of monthly rewards so you could obtain them if you missed them the first time. The netherwing drake was not among them and even if they were, having to repurchase an item and losing additional tenders for something I already earned would massively suck.
