You are missing the point
We are experiencing a heavilly advertized update with obviously not only no QA process ( enough to put a non existing asset as option to the trading post ) but not even looking into the PTR issues found from the paying users that do free QA for Blizzard ( item upgrade broken )
meanwhile we get the automated response on any ticket created : We are busy, look for help in Google, this ticket is now considered answered and will be closed in a week.
How is that in any way or form a quality product with any kind of common sense support ?
THAT is what bothers me, not the mount or the tender which im sure will be given back.
meanwhile, we have no Blizzcon ( on the biggest celebratory year for Blizzard ), removal of the AH companion app, massive layoffs, new game title development stopped and C level management getting 8 digits for leaving the company…
Yeah… that speaks for a very bright future…
you not wasting them obviously you wil get the mount when it fixed
