So, with the soon to be introduced Trading Post, it has been shown that it will include mounts that were originally on the store (Celestial Steed, and possibly Winged Guardian as that is also being removed from the store)
So that’s all fine, BUT, now you will buy these mounts with a currency you will get from subscribing for a couple of months, so, what about those of us who bought these mounts when they were 1st released and spent real money on top of our monthly sub?
Surely if we paid for it before it becomes basically free we should have some kind of repayment? I mean if it had said at the time something like ‘maybe made available in game a later date’ then i’m sure people would have waited.
Really really get a freaking life, what if you bought those mounts months ago for real money? What do you expect a golden platter with some golden egg on it?
I have a life thanks, happily married, and full time job actually, but that’s nether here nor there.
Actually you expect games to go cheaper after years, NOT items bought in a in game store which were never advertised as being put into the game for free.
wrong, Blizzard put a monetary value on it when released, therefore it has value.
Why on earth would they refund you? You willingly bought the mounts on the shop store, nobody twisted your arm!
I also bought them all off the store and I couldnt care less if you can now get them free in the Trading Post…
As someone who owns ~2/3 of the store mounts, including the Celestial Steed, i am perfectly okay with them being obtainable in game. As they should have been from the start.
loyalty system (trading post) makes more money.
so, in a way, players will pay a sub to get these mounts, even when they dont actually do anything in the game.
so dont worry about it, it gets even. you actually paid less.
