Good news.
Now that the requirements for pathfinder are basically free, i was able to test it on ptr.
You can fly in all dragonflight zones.
I tested zaralek, emerald dream, and forbidden reach.
All allow normal flight.
Their wording must have been way off.
Or maybe theres a new zone coming later.
Either way, im happy now 
Edit: worked it out. You cant fly in the primalist future
That’s great news, especially for those who will be using normal flying becuase they can’t use Dragon Flying. 
Its great they changed their mind but sadly it still shows us the devs are so out of touch.
This shouldnt have happened after all,
Because they dont play the game like we do.

Sales team took over Blizzard IP’s years ago. Look at D4. In WoW you have Mythic+ and Raid Bosses. Everything else is abandoned, convoluted and bloated useless junk.
Hahaha, just after i finished grinding Noamm renown to 15. Ah well, gave me a little bit to do these past weeks. Been a bit burned out for months now…
Hopefully the new patch will keep me a little more busy now i finally get regular flying again.
And it’s finally back. Feels so good. Nothing more to add.
