I play a lot of battleground and i start to get this error more and more often
“Transfert aboarded: instance not found”
The issue come when you queue for a battleground, press enter and after everyone checked in you have the loading screen and it never complete.
Then after some time the loading screen dismiss and you are abck to the world you were with :
- Minus 200 MMR ( OUTCH mostly when you play around 2800 MMR and 2800 rating you lose a lot for something you are not responsible for)
- No-Show : impossibility to queue back ranked Battleground blitz for 15 minutes for the whole account
The error doesn’t come from the player at all , it come from technical issue and the player is getting punished for that
The player can’t even sole that issue, it happen also once in the comp stomp brawl i got option to join back after the loading screen failed with the same error and yet the error repeated everytime.

Language system : English EU
Imac 2023
chip: Apple M3
Memory : 24 GB
macOS : Sequoia 15.1

Please fix that issue it is such a bad experience user mostly in Ranked not only it hurt the player hard but the team you were supposed to be in is left with a 7V8 Ranked solo battleground and a big disavantage ( mostly loss of point for them).
