I’ve seen a bunch of conflicting information about this but:

Does Tranquil Air Totem threat reduction stack with Salvation?

Yes it does

Yes.
But it is not 30+20.
Lets say you have 100 threat, with salvation that gives 30% reduced threat you have 70 and with tranq that reduce threat with 20% you have 56 (20% of 70).
