I’m facing a frustrating issue when trying to purchase items from the in-game shop. Any item I click on to purchase, where I imagine it should load payment options I get a “Transaction in Progress” pop-up which says “Your order is being processed. Please check back later”. To start, I have no pending transactions under any region.
I’ve checked similar topics and tried the following:
- Reset UI to default
- Turned off Antivirus and Firewall
- Ensured no Razer software is running (which I don’t have installed)
Support were unable to help on case raised so they suggested I raise here in the hope that someone can point me in the right direction.
