Hello!
So I’ve been trying a bunch of times to setup a subscription or to buy game time but I couldn’t get it to work.
So I went to the bank to check what’s up and basically they said there’s a ‘‘reserved’’ transaction for Blizzard Entertainment but that it hasn’t gone through because Blizzard needs to confirm or pull the money or something I’m not a banker I’m not sure about the terms 
I hoped that you can help me out on either what to do or check what’s going on with that.

Heya, if the order shows as failed on this page, then it will not be completed by Blizzard (it means the order already failed, and we won’t re-request the money until a new order is made). The funds will show as unavailable with your payment provider temporarily until their system properly detects the payment did not go through. This is an automatic process between payment systems and not something we can speed up, but if it is taking a while (sometimes within 1 hour, but other times up to 72 hours depending on the bank) you can speak with the payment provider to find out how long it normally takes.
Yeah that is exactly what I was thinking. But 5 days have passed already and I had contacted the bank on what they stated that the money is in some sort of reserved state, that it’s not mine nor yours and that it can only be resolved by ‘‘Blizzard’’ pulling/taking the money and completing the order.
So if I can kindly ask of you one last time to re-check because I’d feel kinda stupid losing money to some system screw up.

If it’s taken that long it normally means it was done after a weekend, you can try contacting us to see if anything went wrong, but it sounds like it’s just a case of the bank taking a while to recognize that the payment didn’t go through.
