This error happens when I’m trying to reset an instance and get into new instance, after loading loadscreen and stuck for like 30sec this error will be shown. The good point is when you use some apps that changes your ip, this error will completely fixed and you no longer face this error, this error also appears when you trying to join arenas or battlegrounds or anything that teleports you from a location to another.

“Transfer Aborted” is actually not an error message per se - it is a notification that the transition into a new area was deliberately interrupted by the game server, as connection instability that could otherwise cause the character to get stuck was detected during said transition process. In other words: this is an intentional fail-save mechanism kicking in, to avoid a bigger problem from occurring.
Typical reasons for such connection instability would be undue losses or delays of data packets on the connection route between computer and server, but there are also some addons that have been known to cause trouble on this level. Clearing out all addons would therefore be a good first step - if that won’t do the trick on its own then optimizing the internet connection is the way to go. 
I have this from about a week. Did all the troubleshooting, reinstalled Windows and WoW. Nothing has fixed it.

Hello. I also have the “transfer aborted instance not found” when entering an instance in wotlk classic. I have followed both your links and tried everything presented there to no avail. I have also reported it as a bug but not heard anything back. Do I just quit playing now or is there something else I can do? I can’t say the support page is offering much support.

Same issue as Abrasive, also did all i could to fix it without a success please what we can do to put an end to this its bad queing arena with freinds having in back of the head that in any moment we can loose just because i dont get teleported to arena

Solid internet connection.
Have done all the quests to get karazan key no issues entering those instances.
