Transfer Aborted: instance not found

3 days ago I suddenly started to have issues with loading screens in WoW Classic Wotlk. Mostly noticable while doing arenas. There are two scenarios:

  • I accept queue into an arena → loading screen stuck at 0% → Transfer Aborted: instance not found
  • I leave an arena → loading screen stuck at 0% → kicked out to character select.

I have tried everything I can come up with:

  • Resetting IP / Flushing DNS
  • Restarting modem
  • Restarting PC
  • Updating all addons
  • Updating all drivers
  • Uninstalling wow completely
  • Installing on a new hard drive

Made a ticket but the response times are beyond horrible and not being able to queue arenas is more or less 90% of the game gone for me.

Any help or tips are greatly appreciated as I do not seem to find any other thread with this issue specifically.

Who’s your ISP provider? Becouse I’m experiencing that since friday.

Telia - and yes I believe it started on Friday for me too.

But for me it’s happening in retail.

Have not played retail so wouldn’t know if it’s the same there, but provider wise you do not have the same I assume?

No, mine is Orange.

I have similar problems when portaling around, accepting summon or when just traveling and zoning. Lots of “Transfer Aborted: instance not found” errors lately. Deleted Interface and Cache folder. Reset my IP and flushed DNS. Still happening. :frowning:

Tried another connection and a shared 4G from another provider - same issue.

New installation, no addons, 3 different networks.

Same thing guys, since friday i’m in constant fear that any teleport/ que pop etc will end up with “instance not found” i’m losing arenas with my friend cause this :c and same as Ansui i’m Orange will they do anything with it or its just our lives now.
did absolutly every “fix” they are providing with no success

My problem has gone. I updated graphics card driver and did router hard reset, don’t know if these fixed the problem or it was fixed elsewhere, (did these before i started to play today).

Thank you for update. After reading your message I did literally 0. Went back to RFC (same place I have been testing for past few days) and over a 100 loading screens and no issues so far. Maybe they finally did something…
