I’m experiencing severe connection issues with World of Warcraft that are making the game unplayable. Here are the details of my problem:
Issues:
- Difficulty connecting to Battle.net servers (when Battle.net App launches, it takes good three minutes to be actually connected and set as online)
- Multiple “You have been disconnected” error messages before successfully logging in the game
- Frequent “Transfer Aborted: instance not found” errors when trying to enter new instances
- Teleporting back to previous location after instance transfer failures
Steps I’ve already taken to troubleshoot:
- Restarted my computer multiple times
- Verified game files
- Reset user interface (uninstalled all AddOns and cleared cache)
- Restarted my router
- Reset my firewall
- Checked and updated network drivers
- Flushed DNS and renewed IP
- Changed DNS servers
- Disabled VPN and closed background applications
Additional Information:
- My internet connection seems stable for other applications and websites
- These issues have been occurring consistently for two days
- My region/realm: EU/Blackmoore
Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I would greatly appreciate any additional troubleshooting steps or assistance you can provide to resolve these connection issues.
Thank you for your time and support.
Edit:
Okay after restarting the router for the fifth time it started to work out again. Also, the diagnostics tool from the router said it had trouble connecting to the internet. So, it is a ISP problem in case somebody else stumbles upon the same problem in the future
