Transfer character from Love Wolf to Living Flame

Since its not possible to talk to a real human at their support. Cant find out to make a ticket and ask.
Therefore:
Is it possible to transfer a horde character from Lone Wolf to Living Flame, even though Living Flame is locked for creating a new horde character at the moment. I cant see if its possible, before i buy the transfer for 25 euro. Dont want to buy the transfer if it turns out its not possible. I just want to play with my horde friends on Living Flame.

Does anybody know this?

There should still be a free transfer from LW to LF.
Go to the shop (left side down) while being on the character window. Look for “buy transfer” and you should find the option for free transfer. I just hope they didn’t stop that meanwhile.
