Hello. I’ve bought a character transfer from WoW EU 1 to WoW EU 2 since I decided to stop paying for 2 subs.
It’s been 4 days, and the character still hasn’t moved. I made a ticket to a GM; he said it’s a known bug that should be fixed shortly, and the transfer is not refundable. This is the fifth day, and still nothing has changed. Anyone else having this problem or know the ETA till it’s fixed? Thanks.
There was an issue and any ongoing transfers have been moving slowly again since 2 days ago. Maybe yours will be done soon?

While some delays are not unheard of, anything taking longer than 24 hours would be considered a problem, and the best option would be to make a support ticket.
It sounds like you already did though, and if they confirmed it’s being looked into it’s just a matter of waiting I’m afraid and depending on what the root cause is it may take some time to get it finally resolved.

Hello. My bad btw it’s been over a week since the character transfer…. The funny thing is that they can just ignore the transfer process for another month since they said it’s not refundable. I don’t understand why I need to wait over more then a week to play my character after paying for a simple transfer while paying for sub? it just proves the lack of support for wow players .
