Transfer error on paid transfer

Hello,

After missing the deadline on a Free character Transfer my character has the cog error with the message “Unable to free transfer for that faction” and after i was gifted a paid transfer the error is exactly the same.
As a paid transfer i cant transfer from Geh to Mograine and the error remains “free transfer for that faction is closed”. A guildie tried on one of this characters and it was indeed possible so it must be an error on my character.
