Tell me how to transfer bartender profiles to another account? I can transfer the profiles between my own account but I want my friends profile (so I dont have to spend time setting up the actionbars myself). Tried copying the WTF-folder but WTF, it did not work. Although I am starting to think that this is the Blizzard Quality TM, nothing works.
Inside the WTF folder, there is a folder called Account and inside Account folder, there is a folder for every WOW account (so multiboxers have a WYF folder per WOW account)
If you have transferred the whole Account folder it means you have in your computer the account subfolder of your friend, and that will only be used if your friend login with his account on your computer.
To be able to use her addon profile in your account you need to copy the files and folders inside her account subfolder to your account subfolder. Beware inside the account folder there are also individual WTF files and folders that only apply to one character so maybe the files you need to copy files from his character folder to your character folder.
WOW Account WTF data are stored in those folders
WTF\Account\ACCOUNTID
WTF\Account\ACCOUNTID\SavedVariables
ACCOUNTID is a number that represents your WOW account, or a name if you have an old account before BattleNet was a thing
Character WTF data are stored in those folders
WTF\Account\ACCOUNTID\REALM\CHARACTER
WTF\Account\ACCOUNTID\REALM\CHARACTER\SavedVariables
Inside SavedVariables there is data belonging to installed addons and outside that folder, there is data from Blizzard’s interface. Some of Blizzard’s data is also in SavedVariables folders because even if it doesn’t look that way part of Blizzard’s official UI works as it was an addon, just one made by Blizzard. Those Blizzard official addons start with Blizzard_ in the name
