It’s not giving me the option to transmog my 2x1h to the Brewmaster Artifact while specced to Windwalker; however, it allows me to do so when I’m specialised as Brewmaster.
Am I doing something wrong? Or is it impossible to turn 2x1h into BrM Artifact as WW?
Only the spec related Artifacts can ignore the weapons you are using, so you can use them always. The offspec ones count as normal transmog, so you need the right item to be able to transmog it into the Artifact skin, so you would need at least a two handed weapon to mog it.
Its also possible that not all two handed weapons can be used, dont know the exact rules for transmogging weapons.

Swap mainhand with offhand
Attempt to mog new mainhand to artifact, but don’t apply
Left click then right click offhand in mog menu. If done correctly it should be set to revert but you’re still in staves for mog options
Apply mainhand/revert offhand, select the staff you want in offhand (MUST be an artifact appearance), apply again.
Swap mainhand and offhand back to original slots.
To apply this to Windwalker, apply mog to all specializations and swap a third weapon into your mainhand and the original offhand weapon back in its place before doing the process again. You’re trying to mog the “Staves” version to your final weapons rather than the “Legion Artifacts” version. This is because a Windwalker wouldn’t have access to Fu Zan appearances in their “Legion artifacts” tab.
