Transmog Issue from anniversary vendor

Hello WoW Support Team,
I recently purchased the Death Knight transmog from the vendor and paid 20 tokens. Afterward, I received the achievement and was sure I added it to my collection. However, it’s not appearing in my transmog options, so I opened a ticket for support. I was informed that “sometimes this happens,” but no resolution was offered.

To illustrate the issue, imagine going to a physical store like the Apple Store, buying an iPhone, and discovering an empty package. When you reach out, they tell you, “Sometimes it happens,” but don’t provide a replacement or refund. In-game assets like transmogs represent real value for players, and losing them without compensation feels unfair.

I believe this is a critical issue that needs attention to prevent it from happening to others. Please look into this and let me know if there’s any way to retrieve the transmog or restore the tokens spent.
