Transmog transfer to new bnet account

I have Shadwomourne on my DK, if I transmog a weapon on my warrior to Shadowmourne and transfer the Warrior to new BNet account will I still have the transmog effect?

Or it won’t be available in the Transmogrification NPC?

Hey Aliestrasza,

Transmogs are generally not transferable. It is likely that your Warrior will have the actual transmog, but no other character will be able to use it, and if the transmog is overwritten, then it will be lost. Some extra information can be found here.
