Saw some people with moged T3 for different classes, like Druid with rogue T3 gear, or DK with paladin T3Redemption Armor. How thats work ? Or its some bug with vanila sets ?
Tier 3 does not have a class restriction so as long as it is the same armor type you can transmog it.
