Does anyone know if it’s intended that we can’t transmog into the daggers as Resto/Balance? I think the same issue applies to the bear artifact weapons as well. Are they locked by weapon types in other specs? I would assume so, since the issue is just that I can’t get their weapon category to show up when I’ve got a staff equipped (although they don’t show up in the Legion Artifacts tab either). I can mog them over a staff as normal in Feral spec.
Bit disappointing, if this is intended.
You can transmog into the daggers or bear artifact as resto / balance, but for the daggers your weapon need to be a daggers also and for the bear artifact a one hand mace or a fist weapons.
And they are not into the Legion Artifacts tab, but regular transmog / The Legion Artifacts tab show up only when you have the right spec

Ah, I figured that was probably the case. It’s a shame, given that they can be transmogged over any weapon type in the corresponding spec. Oh, well. Thank you anyway!
EDIT: Just tested it, and you can’t use dual-wield daggers in anything other than feral spec. Argh.
Yes, when you are in resto / balance you have just one Fangs of Ashamane or Claws of Ursoc
