Transmogrification (Appearances) Bug - Some Favorite Items Became Not Collected

Hello All,

I have a problem with my transmog items.
Warband Collections > Appearances > Hunter > Legs

There are some items that i used and put on my “favorite” but now i can’t use them.
Those items somehow became “not collected” at the list.

Other “not collected” armors have “You haven’t collected this appearance” as normal
but when i check those items at AH, they don’t have “You haven’t collected this appearance” writen next to them. It means i collected them before.

For example;
Outrunner’s Legguards
Firemane Leggings
Hero’s Leggings

I’m playing at Wow retail (not classic). Those items are not class specific items. I didn’t buy them from any vendor, they are “world drop” items. When I had them there were no “refund or trade timer”.

I sent an ingame ticket to GMs and they told me that this is a bug and i wrote a bug report.

My problem is still existing.

I checked the forum but didn’t find a similar topic.
This is a bug and i can’t post it to US forum since i dont have character at there.

Does anybody have the same problem ?

Do you have any addons that may interfere with the appearance UI?

Try temporarily moving your Cache, Interface and WTF folders from your WoW folder to reset your interface and see if the problem persists.

nope i dont have any addons.

and i changed their names of the folders and added “Old” after their names.
CacheOld, InterfaceOld and WTFOld.
and after i logged in, new folders came.

gonna try removing them out now.

just logged in to game
it didn’t change anything.
