Since the upgrade to 9.1, I am unable to transmogrify items to the Mistdancer set on my Brewmaster, which I could do before the upgrade. So far it has been my helm and belt. I can transmog them to other items. I have disabled all my addons, even tried transmoigging heirlooms, but nothing works. There is no error message after you click apply. It shows how much gold it will cost, but does not transmog the item.
They’re aware of the issue.
@Saneko Will this apply to my issue as I didn’t buy the Mistdancer set from the shop, I got it after I boosted my Brewmaster at the start of BFA?
There’s a seperate comment here: Blizzcon and Spritedarter sets removed from my account - #11 where it says that other transmogs like the “Wendigo, Sprite Dance, etc” is affected too so I presume it’s a widespread transmog issue that they’re currently tracking to fix.
I had a red hat I had transmoged, seems myavat stil uses it here, though when I got a new helm today, I can not find the hat anymore when I try to transmog it.
Has there been any further update on this? It’s been months now, i’ve used the Mistdancer set transmog for my Monk since I started the game!
Only way to get it back now is to get this transmog now is from WoD garrison junkyard set that has the same appearance. Which you have to upgrade fully, get the blue prints for and then do daily quests. Even worse when like me you never played WoD so have to do everything from scratch just to get the transmog i’ve used for years!
