Heya, so I got transmutation master alchemy, doing transmutations every day, yet in the last 3 weeks, it didn’t proc even once.
It works, chances for multiple transumtes are really low but it works.
Have 2 transmutation masters daily rolling over and had today 2x proc.
Something not important wil proc, forget about primal might 
Ive got 5 xmute masters (10 lvl 70s) and same as in retail i always do xmute.
It procs, but not all that often, so i may go a week with only 2 procs on those 5, which is 35 xmutes. Then i get a week with maybe 5 procs.
Also had primal might proc a number of times, even a 4.
I usually do might, but since the price got so low and the profit margin aswell, i do more earth to water now.
Anywise, 3 weeks without a proc is pretty unfortunate, but it will happen m8.
